Volunteer Form

Please complete the Volunteer Form below indicating your desired level of participation, the County where you want to help and also provide your contact information.  The most critical need is for assistance in collecting candidate nomination petition signatures.  You can volunteer to be Petition Carrier (collect Candidate Petition Signatures), a Neighborhood Escort (escort Petition Carrier through your neighborhood) and/or Staff Event Booth (collect Petition Signatures at a community event).

You do not need to have a Google Account to complete this form. Alternatively, you can send your contact information (Name, Email, Phone and Street Address) and volunteer preferences and volunteer County via email to the Campaign Email Address: info@bokash4indiana.com

NOTE: Indiana requires that Independent Candidates for Congress obtain more than 4000 Petition Signatures from Registered Voters within their District. "I cannot do this without your help! Please volunteer, thanks!"
